Board of Directors
Caroline H. Sparks, PhD, Chair and CEO, is a clinical and community psychologist licensed in Maryland. She is an Associate Professor Emerita in the Department of Prevention and Community Health at the Milken Institute School of Public Health at The George Washington University in Washington, DC. She received her doctorate in Clinical and Community Psychology from The Ohio State University. Dr. Sparks is a practicing therapist specializing in motivational approaches to personal behavior change, with specialties in anxiety and mood disorders.
Seth Greenblat, Vice President, is a clinical social worker licensed in Washington D.C. and the state of Maryland, who is one of our therapists. He is trained in humanistic and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Joseph Tonning, MD, MPH, RPh, Secretary, is board certified in Preventive and Occupational Health with a Degree in Preventive Medicine from Johns Hopkins University, as well as a Registered Pharmacist. Dr. Tonning is a retired Senior Medical Officer of the United States Public Health Service, and worked at the US Food and Drug Administration for over 14 years, where he was the Associate Director for Biomedical Informatics in the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research.
Blaise Springfield, MPH, Treasurer, holds a BS in Neurosciences from The College of William & Mary, and an MPH in public health policy from the Milken Institute School of Public Health at The George Washington University. He was formerly Special Assistant to the Associate Dean for Research Development, Georgetown University Medical Center.
Bryan Lassiter, Chief Technical Officer, has a BS in Computer Sciences from The College of William & Mary, and works as a data engineer in Arlington, VA.
Librada Estrada, MPH, CHES, CPCC, ACC, At Large, is an Executive Coach, with her own business, and health coach and is a member of the International Coach Federation. She is a co-founder of Si Tu Quieres.
Kay Song, MPH, At Large, is a Program Analyst in the Department of Chronic Disease at the District of Columbia Department of Health, specializing in tobacco prevention and control. She has a BA in psychology from the University of Virginia and an MPH in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the Milken School of Public Health at The George Washington University.
